The Learners College has an open regular fee system. Students only get a registration fee and a one time admission rate on enrolment. Thereafter, the fees are arranged on an annual or per semester basis depending on the level of programs. The fee will include tuition fee, academic fund contributions, access to id and library, examination administration services and transport services. Practical courses could cost some additional fee in case it is applicable. Security deposit is required in the library whereby cent money is refundable on leaving the library. Discounts on the fees Deadlines: No matters what time in the season, you will not be refunded after these deadlines. However, partial money back is given during the early admission season. In general, the cost structure pursues simple financial planning that does not include secret cost.
