Academic Programs Offered

ICAP offers a structured Chartered Accountancy program designed to prepare students for leadership roles in the fields of finance and accounting. The program spans multiple levels. The first level covers fundamentals of accounting, followed by intermediate levels that involve taxation, auditing, and financial management. In the final level, strategic financial management, advanced auditing, and professional ethics take front stage. Practical training must also be undertaken for some period, where students work in the real world alongside their studies. This combination of theoretical and practical learning is what equips ICAP graduates to meet the demands of employers.

Facilities & Activities

Modern facilities for students and professionals are available at ICAP Karachi headquarters. The Moosa D. Desai Auditorium is fully equipped with multimedia facilities, a high fidelity sound system, and other modern aids of high speed internet and can accommodate a maximum of 210 persons. ICAP has meeting rooms and executive boardrooms where training and assessments are held, as well as examination halls. As a complement to classroom studies, ICAP organizes workshops, seminars, and other professional development sessions that keep professional communities and students abreast of current trends in their field of reference. Such networking provides another dimension to career advancement in the profession.
