Admission Process

The admission process in Sharif College of Nursing is made efficient so that it can be fair and transparent. Candidates are first required to download the admission form from the website or obtain it in person. The form is then to be submitted along with attested copies of academic records, CNIC, and recent photos. Then the candidates are to appear for an entry test. Shortlisted candidates who clear the test are called in for an interview with the admission committee. Strictly on the basis of merit, final admissions are made after considering academic marks, test results, and interview performance. Those selected are given a fee challan for joining.

Eligibility Criteria

The criteria of eligibility also differ as per the program opted for. In case of the Generic BSN program, students must have done F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) with 50% marks at least and between 17 and 25 years of age, male and female candidates are given consideration with separate quotas. Post-RN BSN candidates should be registered nurses with a general nursing diploma, midwifery diploma or specialty (not required for males), one year of clinical experience, and active PNC registration. For the CNA course, female candidates between 15–30 years of age with a minimum of 45% marks in Matriculation are eligible to apply.
