You are required to bring all original documents, including Matriculation (Science) certificate, FSc (Pre-Medical) marks sheet, CNIC/B-Form, Domicile certificate, and eight recent passport-sized photographs, along with two complete sets of attested photocopies. The first installment of fees must be paid in full at the designated bank prior to verification.
