The institution of interest of this study is the Punjab Vocational Training Council (PVTC) Talagang, which is a reputable center, focused on offering vocation education and training for the youth of the Talagang and nearby regions. PVTC Talagang aims to provide skill training to the people to help them gain competitive advantage in their desired fields being in demand in today’s world in which the school provides different courses to equip individuals with the necessary skills to emerge successful in the workplace.
