The Punjab Vocational Training Council (PVTC) Bhalwal (City Campus) is a government supported educational institution. The institute, located in the heart of Bhalwal, is one of many such PVTC campuses throughout Punjab, working towards providing training in practical skills that are actually doing good in the job market. The campus was founded to increase the employability of students and has since then been offering training programs with both theory and practical experience.
