The Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA) has established a comprehensive fee structure for the academic year 2025. The fee structure includes a variety of charges that are necessary for students pursuing the Institute’s professional accounting programs. The comprehensive fee structure is based on registration, annual subscriptions, coaching, examination, and other course related fees so as to enable the Institute itself to support high standards of education in public finance and accounting. All fees paid by students are non-refundable and non-transferrable, thus ensuring the financial stability of the institution while providing quality education to its students.

Programs Fee Structure

PIPFA follows a well planned qualification program, comprising a total of four levels, where coaching and examination fees are levied. Level 1 comprises the subjects: Quantitative Methods, Basic Accounting, and Business English; the coaching fee will be Rs. 7,000 per subject, totaling Rs. 21,000 for the level. At Level 2 the subjects are Business Economics, Business Laws, and Cost Accounting; the coaching fee will be Rs. 10,350 per subject, totaling Rs. 31,050. At Level 3 the subjects will be Financial Accounting, Taxation, and Business Communication; the coaching fee will be Rs. 10,350 per subject, totally Rs. 41,400 for this level. Level 4 emphasizes Financial Reporting, Management Accounting, and Audit; and it has a coaching fee of Rs. 12,100, amounting to a total of Rs. 48,400 for this level. Moreover, examination fees vary according to the subject and whether the examination is conducted as a computer-based test or in writing. Computer exams are charged at Rs. 4,150 per subject while paper exams are charged at Rs. 1,750 per subject.
