​Admissions at NISA Girls College Lahore welcome applicants for every campus of the institution into the upcoming 2026 academic period. Students at this college may take their choice of intermediate studies which include FSc (Pre-Engineering and Pre-Medical), ICS, I.Com, and FA classes alongside BA, BSc, B.Com, BBA, BS (Zoology, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, Computer Science, Botany, Physics and Psychology) and continue with advanced degrees MA English, MSc, M.Com, and MBA. The college gives admissions on open merit only requiring no entry examinations.
