Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University of Agriculture, Multan is a fast growing and chartered university situated at Old Shujaabad Road, Chungi No. 21, Multan, in the Southern Punjab, Pakistan.

The establishment of the agriculture university was done due to the agricultural potential of the city of Multan and some ecological conditions of the Southern Punjab. The Chief Minister of Punjab started this Agriculture University in Multan.

This university is recognized by HEC and was established in 2012 and is housed in a large agricultural complex of the institutes of the provincial agricultural research, extension and services.

The candidates choosing Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University of Agriculture, Multan for their higher education will be well placed for professional education that will lead to a successful career. The university is dedicated in providing top quality education to all the students entering the university.

The Vision And Aim

The vision of the university is to provide systems and leadership in professional education and research. The university is also committed in contributing to the growth of agricultural production, , promoting entrepreneurship and supporting community service.

The faculty

The University has hardworking and highly qualified faculty that is committed to enable the students for the professional education and social skills. The staff is highly qualified with the earned degrees of Phd, M. Phil/M. Sc. (Hons.)

The approach of the faculty is to prepare the students with practical training, result based research, unconventional thinking for advancement, innovation and entrepreneurship.

The faculty of the MNS University of Agriculture is looking forward to serve the students, and offer them the environment that is suitable for their best educational and professional experience.

Academic Activities

Through the temporary arrangements done by Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan, MNS University started its academic activities during 2012. The students are given the facility of the laboratory so that they can conduct practical classes.

Programs Offered

In a period of 3 years, the MNS University of Agriculture earned a good reputation and a large number of students from all over the world were attracted to take admission in the programs and courses offered at the university. All the programs are taught in English language except the Islamic studies which is taught in Urdu. There are two semesters in a year i.e. fall and spring. There is also a summer session which is optional.

Admission Procedure

The candidates can obtain the prospectus or admission forms from HBL old shujaabad road Multan. They can also download the forms from the website and submit it after completing it along with a bank draft of Rs 500/2000 to the office of chairman admission committee.

The candidates are required to submit the complete admission forms along with the attested testimonials (copies). The documents could either be submitted by hand or by post/courier on working days.

The merit list is also displayed on the website. The candidates should check the website for the merit lists. For the upcoming session, the new scheme of study has been introduced.
