Admission Process

LGCW has worked on making its admission process clear and smooth to ensure that students do not face any difficulty while trying to enroll in LGCW. In the first instance, one will be required to complete an online application form available on the University’s admission’s page. The information submitted and tested can be in the form of attested copies of standard educational documents or other necessary relevant documents. An initial application fee which is non-refundable must be paid in the banks provided and the deposit slip to be attached when submitting his/her application. The evaluation is followed by the publishing of merit list through website of the college. All the candidates on the list are advised to accept their admissions within the given date to be admitted in the 2025 academic year.

Eligibility Criteria

Lahore Grammar College for Women: Pass in the Intermediate (HSSC) / A-Levels or any other recognized qualification with minimum 50% marks. LGCW also deems equality important and practices it through providing quotas for different groups or individuals that are usually discriminated by the society. These include two per cent for the physically handicapped students, sportspersons, and the members of the SC/ST communities. Other seats are for students of other provinces, an opportunity that they should grab in their strive towards improving their study. In addition to it, 20 extra marks are awarded to the candidates belonging to Hafiz-e-Quran if they have a valid certificate for the same. Most of these criteria can be used in order to retain and uphold academic standards while helping deserving students from all backgrounds access colleges and universities.
