Lahore Garrison University (LGU) is a well-known university of Lahore. The university has two campuses in Lahore. Both campuses are located on a very good location, one campus is in Township and the other one is in DHA. Both of these location are very good for education purpose.

LGU offers all three degree programs. It means they are offering

LGU have very good faculty .All the faculty have good qualification in their discipline. LGU priority is to provide quality education to students that is why they have very good Research centers and qualified teachers who run this research Centre and teach their students about research. LGU is also establishing a very good Digital Forensics Research and Services Centre. This would be the first kind of digital forensic lab in Pakistan. This shows how much they are willing to go to provide quality education to their students. LGU has basically signed a MOU with several organizations. So far around 4000 students are studying in university along with 300 qualified staff and 18 departments. LGU also provide 50% scholarship for army servant children and 100% scholarship is given to Shaheed’s Childs. If any student get CGPA above than 3.5 he also get scholarship.

To play an Important Role in Technical and Socio-Economic Development from side to side Academic and Research Excellence, while maintaining International Quality Standards. The University would produce Multi-disciplinary, Values Oriented, Morally Sound, Creative and Entrepreneurial leaders.

Lahore Garrison University in The Punjab metropolis city of Lahore is a key milestone in the history of higher education in Pakistan. In order to encounter the international challenges, it is essential to touch the highest literacy rates while producing skillful and productive graduates in all fields of knowledge.

At present, LGU is running Undergraduate, Graduate, Masters, M. Phil and PhD programs in numerous disciplines. Our mission is to facilitate the society by training the upcoming generations with valuable knowledge and latest professional skills through education and research. We also target to evolve new realities and foresight by clarifying new possibilities.

We are trying our best to help individuals and organizations in discovering their God-gifted capabilities to attain ultimate success realizing the highest standards of efficiency, effectiveness, excellence, equity, trusteeship and sustainable growth of global human society. We aim to endorse the ethical, cultural and human values in our participants to make them educated and civilized members of society.

LGU provide many services to students. They have very good library, which facilitate students in their studies. The library provide references, information access and also offers comprehensive portfolio of service to the students.

They have very good Research Centre name as Pakistan Education and Research Network. This is the only research Centre which was launched in 2002 in Pakistan. The purpose of this research Centre is to provide communication infrastructure to the universities, institutions of higher learning and research organizations to meet their networking and internet requirements.

The university provide transportation facility to the students and Teachers of the university. The bus has 15 routes in the city. This transportation route facility include door to door pick and drop service. Normally universities do not provide these kind of facility to their students.
