Lahore College of Arts and Sciences (LACAS) began operation in 1987 and is one of the one of the leading Lahore based private education institutions in Pakistan. LACAS was also one of the first private schools to adopt the Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) system of education in Pakistan and offered the O-Level/A-Level awards. LACAS is known and recognized for its educational excellence and holistic development. Programs Offered

LACAS has a wide spectrum of educational programs from preschool up through A Levels for its students. The programme of study for junior school and middle school students comprises a combination of core studies with co-curricular education. Senior school students are registered into the program of study as a Cambridge O-Level and A-Level students in various fields of study, such as Science, Commerce, Humanities and Creative Arts. Senior School students may study subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Economics, Business Studies, Sociology, Art and Design. Facilities & Activities

LACAS has well-equipped, modern classrooms plus science laboratories, computer laboratories, libraries, rooms for the visual arts, sport spaces and fields, and so on. Co-curricular development is a vital focal point with clubs and societies including debating, drama, music, and community service initiatives. The largest annual events include the Model United Nations (LACASMUN), science fairs, and cultural festivals which help cultivate a sense of student involvement that includes, but is by no means limited to, academic achievements.
