Programs Fee Structure

The fee is different for different classes and the admission stream (merit or self-finance). For admissions to Class VIII in 2024–2025, the fee consists of Rs. 25,000 as admission, Rs. 25,000 as maintenance, Rs. 131,931 as cadet quarterly dues, Rs. 60,000 refundable security, and Rs. 65,000 as uniforms and kits totaling Rs. 306,930 under the merit category. For Class XI, the overall merit fee is Rs. 301,362, with marginally higher quarterly fees and marginally lower kit fees. With the self-finance scheme, students have to pay Rs. 400,000 for Class VIII and Rs. 250,000 for Class XI, both of which are non-refundable and paid alongside the normal fee items.

Scholarship & Financial Assistance

Limited merit based scholarships for academically talented students are provided by KPSI. A refund mechanism is also pre-planned on the self-finance scheme in the form of full or part refunds depending upon the timing of withdrawal prior to the commencement of the academic term. Security deposit is refundable after completion of the course and subject to settling all dues in full. Neither need based scholarship is widely announced, nor directly approached by concerned students through the admissions office for deserving students.
