King Edward Medical University Lahore Admissions 2026 Last Date

King Edward Medical University (KEMU) is one of Pakistan's premier institutions for medical education. The admissions for the year 2026 are currently open, and the last date to submit applications is yet to be announced. Eligibility criteria for admission in MBBS and BDS programs:

• The candidates must have passed HSSC/FSC PRE-MEDICAL from a recognized board of Pakistan with no less than 60% marks or passed a foreign university board examination which is recognized as equivalent to higher secondary school certificate by the Inter-Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC).The foreign board students should have passed their equivalent exams with no less than 60% of marks.
• It is necessary for every candidate to pass the Mathematics, biology, physics, and chemistry subjects in their 9, 10, 11 and 12 grades or in their O-levels and A-levels examinations.

Eligibility criteria for other programs:

• Candidates seeking admission in BS (Hons) Allied Sciences courses should be not more than 20 years of age and have passed their intermediate or equivalent examination with pre-medical or pre-engineering with no less than 55%of marks. The candidate must hold a Punjab domicile .20marks are allocated for Hafiz-e-Quran candidate with condition of passing the required entry test .These are totally open merit admissions.
• Candidates seeking admission in DPT (Physiotherapy) program should not be more than 23 years of age and have passed their intermediate or equivalent examination with pre-medical with no less than 55% of marks. The candidates must hold a Punjab domicile n. 20marks are allocated for Hafiz-e-Quran candidate with condition of passing the required entry test.
