Admission Process

IBA Lahore admission procedure begins with the submission of application forms online via the official website of the university. The applicants need to submit academic transcripts, identification documents, and the application fee. Thereafter, all the candidates need to sit in an entry test, which assesses subject matter and aptitude. The shortlisted candidates are then invited for an interview by the department. Final choices rely on a formula of merit taking into account scores in the entry test and the performance in interview. For Executive MBA, applicable work experience as well as professional background of the candidate are also considered.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility conditions vary depending on the program. For the MBA 1.5 Years, applicants need to have a BBA-Hons or an equivalent 16-year business degree with a CGPA of not less than 2.5. The M.Phil course calls for 16 years of study in the relevant field with a minimum 2.5 CGPA or equivalent second division. For the Executive MBA (Evening), candidates should have 16 years of education with minimum second division, along with three years of post degree professional experience. All candidates should obtain a minimum of 50% marks in the entry test and clear the interview phase for final selection.
