ILMA University is currently hiring for its new admission cycle for 2025 based in Karachi, Pakistan. Admission Process

• The admission policies are fair and transparent. No discrimination is done on basis of race, religion, gender or age.
• To enroll in the BA/BS or B.Com Programs the minimum criteria is second division in intermediate or 3 C grades in A-levels.
• The MBA programs require a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with 40% marks or a CGPA of 2.5 above.
• To be eligible for the Bachelor degree programs the prospective student must have obtained a Bachelor’s degree with 45% marks and a minimum 3 years of job experience.
• The MS degree eligibility criteria is 16 years of education with a first division or 3.0 CGPA. A GAT score is also required with a minimum of 50 score.
• The merit is based on the previous academic record, entrance test marks and performance in interview. The weightage is calculated on the basis of these three criterions consists of 20%, 40% and 40 % respectively.
• The admissions are open twice a year. The admission for Fall semester open in August. While the admissions for Spring Semester are open during the month of January.

Eligibility & Criteria

For all undergraduate and master's programs, requirements range from A-Level, Higher Secondary, or an equivalent qualification, Intermediate completion. For programs like BBA, BS-IF, and BS-DM, candidates must have attained at least 45% marks in their graduation certificates. This varies in terms of application programs such as BS-AI, BS-CST, and BS-SE need at least 50% of marks for students to be eligible. Candidates applying for the master's degrees (MBA or EMBA) need to have attained a minimum of second division marks in their latest qualifications. There might be an age limitation or other programs with special requirements. Meeting the eligibility criteria is extremely important, nevertheless, final selection will depend on merit and the availability of seats.
