The Government Voluntary Training Institute (W) on Dev Samaj Road, Lahore, is an institution of the Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) of Punjab. TEVTA aims to provide vocational education courses at low rates, and some of its short term courses are completely free or at very low rates.
