Govt Technical Training Institute Moghalpura Lahore

Government Technical Training Institute (GTTI) Moghalpura Lahore is an established vocational training institute working under the Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA). It was established in 1946 and initially established for World War II veteran retraining prior to shifting to civilian training in 1953. Located on Whetman Road off the Railway Loco Workshop, the institute is a key driver of technical education among Lahore youth. The institute's aim is to equip the students with employable skills through practical, experiential training. GTTI continues to modify its training to address current industry demands so as to assist students in constructing prosperous technical careers.

Programs Offered

GTTI Moghalpura has a variety of diploma and certificate courses focusing on acquiring employable skills at the time. They are mostly for students who have completed matric and wish to pursue technical careers. Some of the most prominent courses are Auto Mechanic, Auto Electrician, Civil and Mechanical Draughtsman, Electrician, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), Electronics Applications, Welding, Machinist, Motor Winding, Plumber, and Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. Every programme places strong emphasis on industry relevance, and the latest tools, techniques, and safety protocols are welcomed.
