Government College Sahiwal is affiliated with Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Sahiwal for Inter classes and with Bahauddin Zakariya University for Graduate and Post-Graduate classes. There are nine Post-Graduate classes in the subjects of Botany, Chemistry, English, Mathematics, Physics, Political Science, Urdu and Statistics; being run in Government College Sahiwal.
