Programs Offered

The college runs (three years) Diploma programs (DAE) in Glass and Ceramics Technology and Ceramic Design. These courses are targeted at the students, who have passed matriculation studies and the science stream. They are targeting to produce mid level technicians who can work in float glass, container glass, ceramic tiles and pottery manufacturing industries. The institute also runs short vocational courses such as kiln operation and decorative glazing, mold-making, computer applications and safety in addition to full time diplomas. The curriculum is theoretical attached to practical lab work and workshop sessions to make the students achieve well rounded education to fulfill the changing requirements of the craft as well as the industry.

The college offers a broad technical setting that offers comfortable workshops, kilns and labs in the design as well as material testing places especially fit to glass and ceramic production.
