The Government College of Commerce Sabzazar Lahore is a recognized college by the University of the Punjab with standard fees set by Punjab Higher Education Department to remain affordable to all public universities college students. The fee structure has been set in a way to enable all students to afford our educational services, yet manage to maintain quality services. For FA, I.Com, and ICS, there is an admission fee of Rs. 80 besides the early nominal, monthly fee of Rs. 50. The second shift students are also charged an extra of Rs. 300 per month towards the tuition fees. This approach shows part of the effort the provincial government is undertaking to ensure that students with disabilities are not left behind.
Programs Fee Structure
The college provides a transparent policy on fee structure, including different programs of study offered. For the FA, I.Com, and ICS intermediate level students, the department charges 80 rupees as admission fee and they are charged 150 rupees as monthly tuition fee Rs. 50. In the same manner, if the student is in the flood light second shift, he is charged additional Rs. 300 consuming power every month. The FSc has a slightly lower admission fee of Rs. 65 as considered the same as the monthly tuition fee. Institutional charges for the first year at the bachelor’s level namely B.Com, the admission fee is Rs. 85 and the monthly fee for the tuition is Rs. 100 while an additional of 300 rupees is charged from the Second shift. These rates remain constant for all public colleges in Punjab province.
Scholarship & Financial Assistance
In order to discourage the students from paying more and more amount of money for their education, Government College of Commerce Sabzazar has some scholarships for the needy students. These are scholarships for excellent performers, other scholarships for needy students, and special provisions for disabled performers. These scholarships are also disbursed through the Punjab Higher Education Department in coordination with the institution. The students who meet requirements should ask for more information on how to apply for these aids during the admission process so that deserving and capable students do not lack funds to pursue their studies due to financial barriers.
