Program Objective:

The key objectives of this program are:

To cater the industrial needs of skilled professionals

To inculcate higher ethical standards into the aspiring journalists

To develop writing and reporting skills pertinent to print media

To develop communication skills pertinent to electronic media

To acquaint aspiring journalists with news and program production for TV and Radio

To become skilled graphic and videographers

To ensure that they are well aware of social media and utilize them for information flow, business development and marketing

To become skilled public relations (PR) practitioners

Admissions and Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Eligibility: 14 Years BA / B.Com / BSc or equivalent with minimum 45% marks

Admission will be based upon the previous academic performance

Merit will be determined according to the following formula:

Intermediate 20%

Bachelor 40%

Test 25%

Interview 15%
