Garrison Boys High School and College

Garrison Boys High School is a premier institution of the Lahore Garrison Education System. Garrison Boys High School was established in 1963 when Azam Garrison Girls High School was bifurcated to have separate schools, one for boys and one for girls. The institution started with 161 boys, while staff members were only 7. Now there are 54 teachers for 1147 students. The School has always produced good results which compare favorably with renowned institutions of Lahore.

Upgradation to Inter College  It has been a long overdue wish both of the students and the school administration to upgrade the level of High School to intermediate level college. Keeping in view the excellent performance of the institution over the years, the Chairman has very cordially decided to upgrade the level of the institution to Intermediate College renaming it as Garrison Boys’ High School and Intermediate College  (GBHS&IC). The College administration is striving hard for further excellence and come up to the expectations of the worthy Chairman. The college is affiliated with FBISE Islamabad. Its first batch comprising 68 students of Ist Year (Pre Engg, Pre Med & ICS) was appeared in April 2010. In the academic year 2010/11, our intake in Ist Year was 120 students for Pre Engg, Pre Med & ICS.
