Fee Structure
FG Degree College, Lahore works under the directorate of the Federal Government Educational Institutions (FGEI) Directorate, whose annual fee is determined for all the associated institutes. All institutions charge tuition fee, admission charges, and development charges at the beginning of an academic session. These are calculated at nominal values to keep institutes accessible for civilians as well as military students. The payment duration is announced by the administration, and dues accordingly have to be cleared. Fees are non-refundable once submitted. The structure can be updated yearly in accordance with government policies, and clear breakdowns are offered at the time of admission to keep everyone transparent.
Programs Fee Structure
Fees structure is program specific and level. For middle level programs such as FA, FSc (Pre-Medical/Engineering), ICS, and ICom, the fee is PKR 15,000 to PKR 25,000 per year, with a one time admission fee of about PKR 1,500. Undergraduate programs such as BA, BSc, BCom, and BS-IT are semester specific. Fees for these programs range from about PKR 12,000 per semester to PKR 18,700 depending on the course. Extra lab, library, sports, and development fund charges are separately charged. All the above charges are revised as per FGEI policy on a yearly basis.
Scholarship & Financial Assistance
There are multiple scholarship schemes provided to worthy and merit students in FG Degree College, Lahore. Merit examinations are conducted annually by the FGEI Directorate and presented to high-achieving students. Children of Pakistan Armed Forces personnel who are dependents can also avail themselves of the Shaheen Foundation Scholarship, such as tuition fees payment. In addition, students may also avail themselves of Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) scholarships which provide scholarship in full tuition fee and a monthly stipend. The scholarships aim to reduce the financial load on students and motivate students to perform well academically.
