Fee Structure
Since it is affiliated to the government, the fees charged are manageable especially when compared to other Facilities in private medical colleges. It provides several undergraduate and postgraduate courses in cardiology as well as in other fields related to cardiology. Tuition fee for these programs has been made friendly to accommodate all students with different financial capabilities.
Programs Fees Details
The fee for BSc Cardiac Perfusion (Hons) program is roughly PKR 30,000 to 40,000 per semester excluding institutional charges. The postgraduate degrees, for example, MS in Cardiac Surgery, and MD Cardiology cost about PKR 50000 to PKR 60000 per semester to show the degree of difficulty of these programs. Besides, Diploma programs like Diploma in Cardiology and ICU Technician cost from PKR 20,000 to 25,000 per semester. It not necessary that the exact fees may remain the same because there may be changes in administrative structure.
Scholarships and Financial Asistance
Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology give scholarships to deserving students as well as financial assistance for students who need it. The most common of these are the scholarships funded by the government, like the Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF), merit based scholarships. Besides, general, girls’ and specially abled students can apply directly for various need-based scholarships that are available for students with glorious academic results or whose parents have low-paying jobs or are unemployed. External scholarship grants from sources such as HEC are also sought for the purpose of financing student education.
