Admission Process

The admission process of DHAES is simple but competitive. The process starts with registration, when parents provide an admission form along with a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2,900. The registered students have to appear for an entrance test customized according to the grade they have applied for, testing major subjects. Candidates selected after this stage are invited to an interview in order to gauge their social skills and ability to fit in at school. After clearing the interview and test successfully, the students are placed in a merit list. Parents need to remit the admission fee within three days of the list publication to secure a seat. Prompt communication and following the deadline for admission is very important.

Eligibility Criteria

Admission eligibility is based on both age and academic standards. Age requirements must be met by children by the date of March 31, 2025, for pre-primary and primary classes. Academic performance is judged more stringently for admission to higher classes. Students seeking grade VI and higher have to achieve a minimum 50% score in each subject of the entrance test. For grade IX and above, the requirement is 65%, with a mandatory pass in English. These requirements help ensure that accepted students are up to the required academic standards and are ready to excel in the DHAES learning environment.
