College of Banking & Finance (CBF) Karachi

The College of Banking & Finance is an old, nested institution on the Sher Shah Suri Road at Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, in collaboration with the University of Karachi. It is acclaimed for upright education on banking. finance, and business administration. Founded by Dr. Mahfooz Ali, a former Pro Vice-Chancellor of the University of Karachi and a professor at IBA Karachi, CBF basically aims to realise the end of creating employable individuals, capable of stellar performances in their respective areas. The college's focus is on academic and practical knowledge that can guide students into changes within the economic sector.

Academic Programs Offered

CBF has a range of programs throughout diverse academic levels. For intermediate programs, students can benefit from Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, Commerce, and Computer Science programs. For undergraduates, the college offers a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) courses. On the postgraduate level, the students can pursue such courses as an MBA. In addition to the aforementioned programs, CBF teaches a short information technology office and human resource management course tailored for those who want to upgrade their technical and managerial skills to ensure competence in the professional world.
