The CUST University opens its admissions for a number of Undergraduate and Graduate degree programs which are all acknowledged and approved by the HEC / PEC. The admission policies are clear and transparent. The number of available seats, the admission policies and criteria of admission are all decided by the Admission Department of the University which is supervised by the Controller of Examination. As the university follows a semester system, the admissions are opened twice a year. Once for the admissions in fall semester and the second time for the admission of spring semester. However, admissions for the Engineering Programs are offered in the fall semester only.
The students are advised to search for admission advertisement in local newspapers on channels and official website of the university. http://www.cust.edu.pk/admission/index There is a strict admission criteria and a procedure which must be followed by all students. As the admission is based on the past academic record of the candidate, the past academic record is scrutinized. Marks of the admission test (GAT/NAT) and performance in the interview also forms the basis of the admission in the university.
