Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan has a comprehensive scholarship programme for providing financial assistance to financially constrained bright students. The details of some important scholarships are as under:

Seat Allotment for Undergraduate Programmes (BS 4-Year)
- Two seats per discipline are reserved for Afghan Students.
- 2% seats are reserved for Sports.
- 5% seats are reserved for students from FATA /Baluchistan.
- One floating seat is reserved each in Disable person case & Hafiz-e-Quran.
- Pharm-D reserved seats as per Pharmacy Council of Pakistan
General Eligibility Criteria for MS/MPhil/PhD
- Applicants seeking admission in MS/ MPhil degree programmes shall be full time students.
- In Service Candidates shall apply through proper channel and will have to produce proper NOC at the time of admissions.
- No third division in the entire academic career.
- No more than two second divisions are allowed in the entire academic career.
