When the university opens its admissions for various degrees and program, a general advertisement is published in the newspaper by the University and concerned departments. A prescribed form is made available on the internet for the admission, which is required to be submitted along the following documents:

• Attested photocopies of all previous degrees and certifications earned.
• Mark sheets and results of academic qualifications.
• Equivalence by IBCC if the candidate holds foreign qualifications or academic work from other education system.
• A candidate who has been employed in Government or Private sectors, needs to provide requires documentation as a proof of permission granted to enroll in Abasyn University.
• 4 passport size photographs.
• Copy of Computerized National Identity Card / Form B.
• The respective departments and admission board of the university shall review and scrutinize the admission forms.
• Short listing shall be done by the admission committee on the basis of an entry test and an interview.
• Eligible candidates will appear for the interview and sit for the entry test.
• The candidates who pass the test and ace the interview shall meet the criteria of eligibility and will be short listed.
• The university will display a list of successful candidates on the website and the notice board.
• All candidates will be informed through a mail at the postal address about their successful admission into the university.
