Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for BS in the city and regional planning include an intermediate or equivalent degree with a minimum of 50% marks.

Admission Intake

The admission intake occurs in two rounds a year. The first round includes the yearly admissions whereas, the second round includes admissions twice a year.

NTS- National Testing Service

NTS is a national and general test for the admissions of bachelor's degrees. There are various NTS-associated universities that accept the NTS test while other universities conduct their own test. The pattern for the test includes logical, analytical, and general reasoning questions.

University Test

Most universities consider MCAT/NTS tests. The students who have not attempted any of the graduate tests are then required to undergo the particular university test. Merit Lists

After the admission process is completed, every university displays its merit list. The merit is based on the previous academic records, entry test, and the interview (if any) given at the time of admission. 1. University of Management and Technology:

A student who wants to enroll for a bachelor’s degree in City and Regional Planning must possess Intermediate/A level or equivalent with Mathematics and secure a minimum of 45% marks and no 3rd division in matriculation. The entry test for admission is mandatory for every student. The entry test can be a UMT entry test or NTS with a minimum score of 50%.
