How to Fill the Online Rechecking Form (Step-by-Step)

The digital portal streamlines paper recount requests without requiring visits to the board office. Follow these steps to complete your submission:

Fetch Student Information:
- Enter your official Student Roll No in the provided field.
- Click GET MY INFO. The portal will automatically populate your details (Name, Father’s Name, Subject Group, Exam Group, Exam Name, and Exam Year).
Enter Contact Details:
- Provide an active Mobile Number (BISE Lahore sends your allocated rechecking date and time slot via SMS to this number).
- Enter your complete residential Address.
Select Subjects:
- Under Choose Subject for ReChecking Carefully, select the subject(s) you wish to have recalculated.
- The system will dynamically calculate the Total Amount based on your subject selection.
Download & Submit:
- Click SAVE & DOWNLOAD FORM.

What Does "Paper Rechecking" Actually Cover?

It is important to understand that board rechecking is a recount and verification process. A committee inspects your answer sheet to verify:

Unmarked Answers: Every written response has been marked and assigned marks.
Tally Accuracy: The total marks on the answer sheet header match the inner page marks.
Grand Total Errors: No calculation errors occurred while transferring marks to the final result sheet.
Examiner Signatures: Every evaluated page has the examiner's sign off.

What Happens After Submission?
