Important Instructions for Undergraduate Programs

  1. All admissions will be processed through the Online Application System available at www.uom.edu.pk.
  2. Applicants must have at least 45% marks in Intermediate or equivalent for BS programs.
  3. Entry test is required for all programs as per HEC policy.
  4. Merit lists will be displayed on the university website and notice boards.
  5. Selected candidates must deposit fees within the given deadline.
  6. Original documents and attested copies must be submitted at the time of admission.
  7. Quota seats are available as per government policy.
  8. Applicants with foreign qualifications must provide equivalence certificate from IBCC/HEC.
  9. University reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment.

Important Instructions for Graduate Programs (MPhil / PhD)

  1. Candidates must qualify GAT (General) for MPhil and GAT (Subject) for PhD conducted by NTS or the university-approved test.
  2. MS/MPhil degree holders applying for PhD must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
  3. Provisional admission may be granted subject to GAT result.
  4. Departmental test/interview is mandatory for all graduate programs.
  5. Scholarships and assistantships may be available for eligible candidates.

  2. Create an account and fill the application form.
  3. Upload required documents (CNIC, photographs, academic certificates).
  4. Pay the application processing fee through the designated bank.
  5. Submit the form before the deadline.
  6. Print the application form and challan for record.
