APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. To submit online application (Open Merit, Self Finance / Self Support Scheme & Foreign), Applicants are advised to apply directly on the NTS website https://nts.org.pk/nca
2. Applicants can use single application form in order to apply in multiple departments/campus/quota.
3. Online application printed version must reach the NTS Admission Centres within due date along with attested copies of required documents listed in the prospectus and online admission form.
4. Prospectus Charges, Courier Charges, Test Fee is required to be deposited by the applicant before the closing date of admission applications for admission on the electronic payment generated after online registration.

5. Test fee shall be paid at Telenor 1Bill Participating Banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Easypaisa/Jazz Cash/TCS Express Counters.
6. For Self Finance / Self Support Scheme, the applicant should submit in person the online generated application form, admission processing fee, prospectus cost as mentioned above (as applicable), alongwith original Bank Draft/Pay Order of PKR 840,950/- (Eight Hundred Forty Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty) for Fine Arts, Design & Music and PKR 1,059,960/- (One Million Fifty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty) for Architecture, Multimedia Art and Film & Television, against tuition fee in favour of the 'National College of Arts'.
7. Roll Number Slip can be downloaded from NTS website at least one week before the test date and applicants shall be informed through SMS and NCA official website.
8. The applicants are advised to contact the NTS 051-8444441 OR email at query@nts.org.pk for any query / information related to filling Application Form/Deposit/Admission Tests, display of provisional and final list of applicants, Roll number slips and Test centre etc. NOTE: NTS is collecting the fee on behalf of NCA. NTS does not stand responsible for the merit lists, results and paper development or the contents therein. The online NTS admission portal will close at 11:59 PM on the last date, 27th JULY 2026.

ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY

1. Applicants having passed FA/FSc or equivalent qualification with minimum 45% (2nd division). Equivalence Certificate issued from IBCC is compulsory for qualifications other than Intermediate.
2. No age limit.
Note:
i. According to the Prime Minister of Pakistan's notification, applicants domiciled Eastwhile FATA and passed FA/FSc or its equivalent with minimum 40% marks are eligible to apply for admission.
ii. Application will be rejected, a certificate from Nomination Board AJ&K/Gilgit Baltistan reserved quota seats is not received/attached with application.
iii. Intermediate or equivalent qualification result awaiting candidates may apply with a copy of statement of entry/roll number slip/equivalence certificate.
iv. Admission confirmation shall be subject to submission of attested academic documents of SSC/HSSC or equivalent from IBCC. Test, Interview schedule and venues will be announced later at www.nca.edu.pk and www.nts.org.pk LAST DATE TO APPLY 27th JULY, 2026
Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Indian occupied Kashmir, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Eastwhile FATA, Balochistan and Physically Challenged, Minorities and Overseas Pakistani quota seats, Self Finance / Self Support Scheme (All Pakistan Basis) Applications for admission should reach the respective NTS admission centres not later than above mentioned date.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Applications will be rejected if:
a. Eligibility criteria is not fulfilled.
b. Application procedure is not followed as prescribed.
c. Applicants are unable to produce attested copies of passed FA/FSc or equivalent qualification examination certificates (with minimum 45% marks) without further notice.
d. Applications are incomplete.
e. Applications received after due date.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Applicants must bring their own graphite pencil, eraser, drawing board, colored pencils, markers, scissors, sharpener and gum sticks etc. for entry tests.
2. The college shall provide answer sheets, colored sheets (if required) and drawing sheets.
3. Applicants must bring their original Roll No. Slip alongwith original CNIC or Form-B, when reporting for tests at respective test centres.
4. No TA/DA is admissible to the candidates appearing for tests and interviews.
5. Applicants are advised to regularly visit https://www.nca.edu.pk and https://www.nts.org.pk/nca to observe any change/updates in the admission schedule, otherwise college will not be held responsible.
6. Applicants must bring their own tea flask, sanitizer and water bottle.
