Admission Notice for D.A.E. Session 2026–2027

Diploma of Associate Engineer (3-Year Course) – 1st Year

Applications are invited for admission to the First Year of the Diploma of Associate Engineer (D.A.E.) based on the results of 9th and 10th class (Science & Arts streams) in the following technologies:

• Automotive

• Mechanical

• Architecture

• HVAC & R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration)

• TEVTA Programs

### Admission & Merit Criteria

• Science Stream Admissions: Merit will be calculated based on the combined marks of English, Math, Physics, and Chemistry from the 9th and 10th-grade exams.

• Arts Stream Admissions: Merit will be calculated based on the marks obtained in General Science, Math, English, and General Subjects from the 9th and 10th-grade exams.

• Hafiz-e-Quran: Candidates who are Hafiz-e-Quran will receive an additional 20 marks toward their merit calculation.

• Academic Marks Sheet: Copy of 9th & 10th Class Result Card / Copy of Roll Number Slip (02 copies)

• Identification: Copy of Candidate's B-Form / CNIC (04 copies)

• Guardian Identification: Copy of Father's or Guardian's CNIC (02 copies)

• Photographs: Recent passport-size photographs of the candidate (06 copies)

• Domicile: Copy of Candidate's Domicile (02 copies)

• Religious Certification: Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate (if applicable) (02 copies)

### Fee Concessions & Scholarships

• 90% or Higher Marks: 100% Fee Waiver on fixed charges.

• 80% to 89.9% Marks: 50% Fee Waiver on fixed charges.

### Age Limits (As of August 1, 2026)

• First Shift (Morning): Males: Max 18 years | Females: Max 25 years

• Second Shift (Evening): Males: Max 45 years
