Application Form Availability & Submission

• Application forms will be available from the Admissions Department, DUHS (Dow Medical College Campus), Baba-e-Urdu Road, Karachi.

• Candidates have to submit the application form along with the required documents as mentioned in the form, together with a fee voucher of Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable processing fee).

• The application form must be submitted in person at the Admissions Department, DUHS (DMC Campus), Baba-e-Urdu Road, Karachi.

• Application forms received via courier/post will not be accepted and entertained.
