ADMISSIONS – SPRING 2026

Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto University of Law (SZABUL), Karachi, invites applications for Spring 2026 Admissions in undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs offered by the Department of Business Administration and the Department of Criminology.

Programs Offered & Eligibility Criteria

1. Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) – 4 Years

Eligibility:

• Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute

• A-Level candidates must provide IBCC Equivalence Certificate

• Minimum 2nd Division

2. Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) – 2 Years

Eligibility:

• 14 years of education or equivalent qualification
  (BA, BSc, B.Com, Associate Degree, etc.)

• Degree from an HEC-recognized institution

• Minimum CGPA 2.0 out of 4.0 or 2nd Division

3. BS Criminology – 4 Years

Eligibility:

• Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute

• A-Level candidates must provide IBCC Equivalence Certificate

• Minimum 2nd Division

4. MS Management Sciences (Evening Program)

Eligibility:

• 16 years of relevant business education such as:

  • BBA (4-Year / 2-Year)

  • MBA (16-Year)

  • MPA (16-Year)

  • Or other equivalent qualification

• Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university

5. PhD Management Sciences

Eligibility:

• MS / MPhil / LLM or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized institute

• Minimum CGPA 3.0 out of 4.0 or 60% (annual system)

Additional Conditions:

• Candidates with CGPA below 3.0 or less than 60% may apply but must complete 9–12 credit hours (Level 7) and achieve a minimum CGPA of 3.0.

• Interdisciplinary applicants must:

  • Pass GRE Subject Test or equivalent with at least 50% marks

  • Complete 6–9 credit hours of deficiency courses (Level 8)

Entry Test Requirements

• Candidates applying for BS Criminology, BBA (2-Year & 4-Year), and MS Management Sciences must appear in the University Entry Test.

• Candidates holding a valid LAT Passing Certificate are exempted from the entry test.

• PhD Management Sciences applicants must pass a University-based entry test.

• GRE / HAT General or equivalent tests are accepted for MS and PhD programs as per HEC Graduate Education Policy 2023.
