F.Sc (Pre-Medical) with a minimum of 50% marks (Physics, Chemistry & Biology as compulsory subjects)
OR
"A" Level Certification accompanied by an equivalent certificate from Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC)

৩ Matric with Sciences as HEC requirements (Physics, Chemistry & Biology as compulsory subjects)
Diploma in General Nursing
Diploma in Midwifery or any other specialty diploma.
01 Year Clinical Experience
Valid PNC Registration of all professional qualifications.
