The positions are categorized by specialized branches. Unless otherwise noted as (M/F), positions are generally for Males (M).
Operations: Surface, Marine, Aviation, and SSG (N).
Supply: Surface operations.
Special Branches: Meteorologist, Metallurgy, Textile, Electrical/Electronics/Avionics, Mechatronics, Automotive, Civil, and Weapon Engineering.
Naval Law: Candidates with LLB/LLM/PhD or Bar at Law.
Information Technology: (M/F).
Mechanical Engineering: Surface, Aviation, and Submarine.
Weapon Engineering: Surface, Aviation, Submarine, and Ordnance.
A comprehensive list of medical specialists is required, including but not limited to:
General: GDMOs (M/F), General Medicine, and General Anaesthetists.
Surgical: General Surgeon, Neuro Surgeon, Cardiac Surgeon, Plastic Surgeon, Orthopedic Surgeon, and Pediatric Surgeon.
Sub-Specialists: Interventional Radiologist, Nephrologist, Neurologist, Pulmonologist, Urologist, and Vascular Surgeon.
Cardiac Care: Cardiac Anaesthetist, Cardiologist (Interventional/Pediatric).
Other: Pathologist, Psychiatrist, Child Psychiatrist, and Healthcare Support Officers.
Required qualifications include MS/M Phil in the following subjects (M):
English, Mathematics, Computer Sciences, Biology, Pakistan Studies, Islamic Studies, and Statistics.
Nationality: Open to Citizens of Pakistan.
Gender: Specific roles are open to Males (M), while others (particularly in Medical, IT, and Special branches) are open to both Males and Females (M/F).
Service Type: Short Service Commission (SSC).
Selection Process: Includes preliminary tests, medical examinations, and interviews at recruitment centers.
