Applicants must fulfill the following:

Educational Qualification:
- MBBS with M.Phil (Anatomy) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university
- M.Phil must be based on a minimum of 30 credits after 16 years of education
CGPA Requirements:
- Minimum CGPA 3.0 / 4.0 (semester system) or 60% (annual system) in M.Phil (Anatomy)
- Applicants with CGPA 2.5 – 2.9 may apply conditionally and must complete additional zero semester courses as per HEC/JSMU policy

Courier the hard copy with:
- Attested documents
- Paid fee voucher of Rs. 5000 (non-refundable)

Candidates can qualify by:

Valid GRE / HAT / GAT Subject Test
- Conducted by HEC-accredited testing bodies
- Minimum passing score: 60%

Appear in HEC-accredited Admission Test coordinated by JSMU
- Minimum passing score: 60%
- Test schedule to be uploaded on JSMU website

Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by the Admission Committee
Candidates must submit a short research proposal in their area of interest at the interview
