HEALTH SERVICES ACADEMY (HSA), ISLAMABAD

ADMISSION ANNOUNCEMENT – SPRING 2026

The Health Services Academy (HSA), a degree-awarding institute chartered by the Federal Government under the HSA (Restructuring) Act 2018, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of higher education in Pakistan. HSA promotes excellence in Public Health, Allied Health Sciences, Midwifery, Nursing, and Social Sciences through long-term and short-term programs, teaching, training, and research initiatives.

All programs offered at HSA are accredited and recognized by relevant councils, including PMDC, PNMC, AHPC, and HEC.

Undergraduate Programs (BS – 4 Years & ADP – 2 Years)

School of Public Health

• Public Health
  Eligibility: HSSC or equivalent with minimum 45% marks

Faculty of Allied Health Technologies

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) – 5 Years

• Emergency Medical Services

• Anesthesia Technology

• Medical Lab Technology

• Aesthetics and Cosmetology

• Human Nutrition and Dietetics

  Eligibility: HSSC Pre-Medical or equivalent with minimum 60% marks for DPT and 50% marks for other programs

School of Nursing and Midwifery

• Midwifery (4 Years) – Females only

  Eligibility: HSSC Pre-Medical or equivalent with minimum 50% marks

• Health, Physical Education and Sports Sciences

  • BS-SLP & BS-OT: HSSC Pre-Medical or equivalent with minimum 50% marks

  • Other programs: HSSC or equivalent with minimum 45% marks

School of Environment, Climate and Sustainability Change

• Environmental Health Sciences and Management with majors in:

  • Environmental Public Health

  • Climate Change

  • Environmental Planning & Management
    Eligibility: HSSC or equivalent with minimum 45% marks

Postgraduate Programs (MS / MPhil / PhD)

School of Public Health Sciences

• MS Public Health
  Eligibility: 16 years of education in the relevant field

School of Sports & Physical Education

• MPhil Health, Physical Education and Sports Sciences
  Eligibility: 18 years of education in the relevant field

School of Health Professionals’ Education, Research and Entrepreneurship

• PhD Health Professionals Education
  Eligibility: 18 years of education in the relevant field

• MS Health Professionals’ Education
  Eligibility: 16 years of education in the relevant field
