Application Procedure

1. Online submission of applications is mandatory.

2. Application forms can be downloaded from the DUHS website.

3. An application processing fee must be paid online only.

   • The fee is non-refundable and non-adjustable.

4. A hard copy of the completed application form, along with:

   • Paid fee receipt

   • Required supporting documents
     must be submitted at the designated MCB Bank branch located at Dow Medical College (DMC), Karachi.
