After passing the bachelors education or having equivalent education, students can apply for MA/MSc private examinations or students who have passed supplementary examination last year needed to attach the original failure certificate of annual examination with registration form. Private registration form is not acceptable without the original result.
The following documents must be attached with the Registration Form.

Matric, Intermediate or IBCC Equivalence Certificate and B.A/B.Sc Certificate.

The attested copy of CNIC of the candidate and his/her father.

One Original photograph.

NOC if B.A/B.Sc or equivalent examination has been passed other than Punjab University.

Original Bank Challan

The candidates have to write personal postal address as it will be kept in University record and, in future, Roll No. Slips, Result Card and Degree will be forwarded on the same address. Registration forms through Private College, Academies and Care/of addresses will not be accepted.

Registration forms will be received by hand or by post individually. Registration forms sent by academies and private colleges in bulk are not accepted.

Registration forms with incomplete details/documents and not fulfilling eligibility conditions are not considered or accepted and will be rejected.

Registration forms can be taken at selected branches of Habib Bank Limited and Punjab University Information Cell near IER bus stop Quaid-i-Azam Campus by paying fee Rs. 15/-.
For Outsiders:

Candidates from other cities can submit Registration From by sending (with all requisite attested Documents) to the Registration Branch.

19 Dec 2016If a candidate has done BE (mechanical) from EME college rwp, can he opt for MA English as private candidate ? Does he require to attach equalent certificate ?
