Islamia University Bahawalpur Private BSc Date Sheet and Exams

Islamia University Bahawalpur generally issues date sheet for private candidates in March, a month before the exam’s commencement. The date sheet is same for both private and regular candidates. The University issues and sends Roll Number Slip to each candidate by post at least 10 days before the commencement of the Examination. If a candidate does not receive his/her Roll Number slips seven days before the commencement of the Examination. He/she should at once send a registered letter given the reference of his University fee receipt number permanent district shown in the admission form, the admission form umber, subject offered, name of center and fathers name should also be mentioned.

A candidate who has lost his/her Roll Number slip before the commencement of Examination, can apply for a duplicate copy of the same through a well-known officer, fee for a duplicate copy of the Roll Number is Rs. 200/. The previous exam’s date sheet of Islamia University Bahawalpur is given below.

BSc Annual Exams for Private Candidates

Islamia University Bahawalpur holds BSc annual examinations for private candidates in the month of April every year and conducts a final three hours, written examination for each course on the set dates while the declaration of result is usually made in August or September. Every candidate will be informed of his/her result within 15 days after the announcement of the result on the address given by him/her for dispatch of result card. Any change in address, must be informed to the office not later than 15 days of the commencement of the Examination. Telegraphic intimation regarding results will be communicated by the office.

If a candidate wants to recheck his/her paper they would pay fee of Rs. 1000/- per subject and their answer book would be rechecked. Such application would be entertained only within 40 days from the date of declaration of the result. The office will place them off within 15 days from the date of their receiving with fee of Rs. 2000/ (double fee) per subject is paid, the applications would be prepared within 96 hours of their receipt. If a student fails to get minimum qualifying marks and fail in elective or optional subjects in the final examinations, he/she can re-appear in the supplementary examination of the same course.
