The distribution company SEPCO (Sukkar electrical power company has been formed by the dividing (HESCO) modified now all the areas of operations are under the jurisdiction of the HESCO. Now it has been divided between the two discos, SEPCO is newly created company. The areas that are now under the distribution system of the SEPCO consists of three operational crises namely: i) SUKKUR ii) LARKANA iii) DADU

 The main jurisdiction  of the SEPCO is Districts Sukkur, Ghotki, Khairpur, Kashmore / Kand kot, and some portion of Rahimyar Khan District, Jacobabad, Shikarpur, Larkana, Kamber / Shahdad kot, Dadu some portion of Jamshoro District, Nausharoo Feroz portion of Shaheed Benazir Abad District.
