University of Central Punjab holds its 16th Convocation

University of Central Punjab holds its 16th Convocation was held at Expo Center, Lahore in an elegant ceremony. Governor of Punjab, Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar enhanced the event with his existence as Chief Guest. Mr. Caven Mclaven, Dr. Samar Mubarakmand and were the Guests of Honour. A total number of 804 young men and women collect their degrees. Governor Punjab awarded degrees to position holders/toppers. Mian Amer Mahmood which is the Chairman Board of Governors UCP was also existent on the event.

 Dr. Samar Mubarakmand in his address harassed upon the need to use modern technology to accelerate manufacturing growth. Though Pakistan is an agricultural economy but need of the day is to shift to manufacturing sector. He said Pakistan is full of natural resources but the challenge is to feat them proficiently.

 Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar, Governor Punjab in his speech congratulated parents and student for these landmark successes. He counseled students to always seek their parents’ blessings in their practical lives. He said his parents desire him to be a doctor but he could not attain their dreams.
