Inter Exams 2024 Have Been Postponed Due to By-Elections

We have an important update for all inter students who are appearing for their first annual board exams this year. In a recent announcement by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Lahore and the Elementary & Secondary Education Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has made some significant changes to the reschedule of theory examinations for the Inter (1st Annual) Exams 2024. Means the 12^th class exams 2024 postponed for Punjab constituencies and District lower and upper Chitral. These changes come in light due to the upcoming By-Elections 2024 in several constituencies, necessitating adjustments to ensure the safety of students and teachers both.

12^th Class Exams 2024 Rescheduled in Punjab

This decision came to light after the recommendation of the Commissioner, Lahore Division, and Chairman, BISE Lahore, with formal approval from the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairpersons (PBCC) in a meeting dated 16th April 2024. In that meeting they decided to postpone a few 12^th class board exams for this year due to the upcoming By-Elections 2024. These exams are postponed only for five constituencies of metropolitan Lahore and two constituencies of Sheikhupura and Kasur. New dates of these 12^th class postponed exams have also been announced.

Inter Exams 2024 Postponed in KPK

The Minister and Secretary of the Elementary & Secondary Education Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa held a meeting on 16^th April 2024 in the Committee Room of the Elementary & Secondary Education Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and based on the recommendations provided by the District Education Officer Chitral, the Competent Authority in BISE Peshawar has issued an important order. The initial three papers (morning/evening both) scheduled on 18^th April 2024, 19 April 2024, & 20^th April 2024 for District lower and upper Chitral have been postponed. These papers will be conducted after the conclusion of the inter exams 2024, and a revised datasheet will be notified at a later date.
