PU announces GRE/GAT Test not mandatory for MS, MPhil and PhD admissions 2014

Lahore, Punjab University has issued a notification regarding the condition of NTS test for admission in MS, MPhil and PhD programs.

According to declared notification, the meeting of Deans of Faculties/ Heads of Teaching Departments was held on May 02 and decided to remove the condition of GAT/GRE test conducted by NTS for admission to MS, Phil and PhD for the session 2014.

All the concerned teaching department will hold their own entry tests for MS, MPhil and PhD programs as prescribed in the admission regulations book 2014 of PU.

Meanwhile, Punjab University Department of Microbiology in collaboration with Molecular Genetics conducted exhibition and contest of models on ecosystems at MMG. The event was participated by Chairperson MMG Department Prof Dr Anjum Nasim Sabri, Principal PUCIT Prof Dr Mansoor Sarwar, Director ORIC Prof Dr Amir Ejaz, exhibition organizer Dr Rida Batool and great number of students.
