Laptops distributed among students under PM laptop scheme

Mansehra: The chairperson of Higher Education Commission distributed laptops among students on Thursday. The ceremony was organized in association along with distribution of laptops among male and female aspirants under Prime Minister’s National Laptop Scheme phase-II.

Chairperson of HEC said that digital library was an exceptional opportunity for the female students living in distant areas of Gilgit-Baltistan, KP, Balochistan, Sindh and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

While addressing the ceremony at Hazara University he also said “We have recently started the digital library project which will ensure free of cost online accessibility of aspirants even from far-off areas of the country to 12,000 journals as well as 200,000 text books.”
