“HEC not to compromise on quality of education” said Chairperson

Higher Education Commission, Pakistan (HEC) is working very hard to improve the quality of education and will not compromise on it with any educational institute of the country said the Chairperson of HEC.

Chairperson of Higher Education Commission Dr Mukhtar, highlighted the issues that are being faced by the educational system of the country said that there are two main issues of the higher education of Pakistan which are quality of education as well as the good governance in the educational institutions.

He moreover said that unfortunately we have made education a business rather instead of paying attention on improving the quality of education. HEC is making all its efforts to deal with this issue. While expressing his views he said that Higher Education Commission could not able to pay its full attention on the improving the quality of education in the past because of the some inner obstacles however now it is on our priorities.

He also said that we are trying to resolve out our educational matters in association along with the all governors of the provinces and all higher educational institutions.
